摘要
目的了解基质降解在原发性肝癌中的作用。方法33例原发性肝细胞癌患者术中取癌组织及癌旁组织;提取组织总RNA;用逆转录共扩增定量PCR方法测定基质分解素—1(MMP_3)基因表达水平。结果肝癌组织基质分解素—1基因表达水平明显高于癌旁的肝硬化组织及正常肝组织。肝癌患者MMP_3基因表达水平与血清AFP浓度、肿瘤大小无关。结论基质分解素—1在原发性肝癌的进展中可能起重要作用。
ve To investigate the diagnostic role of enhanced stromelysin-1 gene expression forprimary hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods 33 patients of primary hepatocellular carcinoma were selected and cancerous and paracancerous tissue were obtained during operation. Total RNA was isolated and stromelysin-1 (MMP3) gene expression level were measured by reverse transcription polymerase chain react ion. Results The stromelysin-1 (MMP3) gene expression level in cancerous tissue was much higher than those of cirrhotic tissue and normal liver tissue. MMP3 gene expression levels has no correlation with serum concentration of AFP and tumor size. Conclusion Stromelysin-1 may play an important role in the progression of primary hepatocellular carcinoma.
