摘要
目的：观察儿童股骨骨折髓内针固定后对下肢生长发育的影响。方法：我院自１９８７年～１９９８年间，对４ 岁至１３ 岁儿童股骨骨折选择性地髓内针固定５８ 例，术后经过３～１２ 年随访，４９ 例（５７ 个肢体）已年满１６ 岁，身高快速增长的青春期已基本结束，术后及随访结束均拍骨盆平片，对比双侧大转子，股骨颈及股骨头结构，测量双下肢长度。结果：仅有一例遗留有患肢轻微短缩，远期未发现有过度生长现象。结论：髓内针内固定术是治疗儿童股骨骨折的一种简单、安全可靠的方法。
Objective:To observe the effects of lower limb growth on children’s femoral fracture treated with intramedullary nailing.Methods From 1987 to 1998,58 cases of femoral fracture were treated with intramedullary nailing,all of the cases with the age range of 4～13 years,49 cases (57 lower limbs)were reviewed and folloned-up for 3～12 years till they were 16 years old when the time of bone growing rapidly is almost over.After operation and followup,every one had been taken a plain film of pelvis to compare the structre of ipsilateral and contralateral femoral tuberusity,femoral-neck,femoral-head each limb’s length were measured and recorded.Results we found only one limb a little short,no overgrowth happened in a long term.Conclusion we consider that intramedullary nailing is a simple,safe way to treat children’s femoral fracture.
