家蝇对菊酯类的抗性及增效剂的增效作用 被引量:2

Synergism of Several Compounds to Pyrethroids in HouSefly

摘要 本文测定了Decis-R、2cl-R和敏感品系(SP)家蝇头部乙酰胆碱酯酶(ACHE)的活力,溴氰菊酯、二氯苯醚菊酯、半胆碱(HC-3)、增效磷(SV_1)、八氯二丙醚(S_2)、苯基甲氨基甲酸酯(S_3),杀那特(S_4)对AChE的抑制作用。结果表明,家蝇头部AChE活力与抗性的形成有一定的关系,澳氰菊酯、二氯苯醚菊酯、S_2对AChE的抑制作用不明显,HC-3、SV_1、S_3和S_4对抗性家蝇AChE的抑制作用均比敏感品系低,AChE活力的升高和对药剂的不敏感可能是家蝇对菊酯类产生抗性的原因之一。S_2在3个家蝇品系中对溴氰菊酯和二氯苯醚菊酯均有较高的增效作用,且对AChE无明显抑制作用,对高等动物毒性低。认为S_2是一个比较有研究和开发应用前景的卫生杀虫剂的增效剂。 The synergism to Deltamethrin and Permethrin in high resistant (Decis-R and 2cl-R) and susceptible (SP) strains of houseflies by several inhibitors was determinded. Piperonyl butoxide (Pb), a microsomal oxidase inhibitor, synegrized two pyrethroids, although at different degrees, in both Decis -R and 2cI-R strains. The pretreatment of the Decis-R strain with Pb increased the effectiveness of Deltamethrin by 629- fold The SR values of 2cl-R for Permethrin was 46.93. It in- dicated that the oxidizing metabolism play an important role in the resistant mechanism against Pyrethroids in the houseflies. The activity of acetylcholi-nesterase (AChE) was determined in different strains of the housefly. The I_(50) of Ache of resis- tant flies for HC-3,SV_1, S_3.and S_4 are higher than those of the susceptible ones. The insensitivity of the Ache to these in- hibitors may be one of causes of the housefly resistance a- gainst Pyrethroids. Though Pb is the strongest synergist among several syn- ergists studied, the application of Pb has been limited because of its costliness and chemical instability. The synergism of. S_2 for Deltamethrin and Permethrin is higher in three strains. S_2 is considered as a synergist of great exploiting prospects.
