摘要
目的 了解住院病人知情选择的供需现况。方法 从两所综合医院 2 1个科室随机抽取 2 90名住院病人 ,采用问卷形式进行现场调查 ,用联合分析法预测病人的知情选择需求。结果 模型的预测效度为 0 .997,绝大部分的病人 (88.2 % )有知情选择的需求 ,医院知情选择服务现况较差。结论 知情选择存在着较大的供需矛盾 ,医护工作者有待加强这方面的意识。
Objective To survey inpatients′ demand and supply for informed decision making. Methods 290 inpatients were randomly sampled from two general hospitals. The inpatients were interviewed with a questionnaire. Conjoint analysis was applied to predict patients′ preference for informed decision making. Results Predicting validity of the conjoint analysis model was very high with Pearson′s correlation coefficient 0.997. Inpatients have great demand for informed decision making, while supplies of relevant service are not satisfactory. Conclusion This study showed that there was obvious contradiction between supply and demand in informed decision making.
