摘要
应用经尿道电刀或冷刀输尿管口切开取石、输尿管口切开加套石篮取石和输尿管内气压弹道碎石等方法治疗输尿管壁内段结石 36例。结果 36例均一次成功取出结石 ,术后随访 1～ 2 4个月 ,平均 12个月 ,10例发生暂时性肉眼血尿 ,1例发生尿路感染 ,1例术后有轻度输尿管返流。未发现输尿管口狭窄者。认为经尿道腔内治疗输尿管壁内段结石创伤小 ,效果肯定。
WT5”BZ]To evaluate transurethral endoscopic ureterlithotomy for calculi at the ureterovesical junction,transurethral ureteral meatotomy,intraureteral ultrasonic lithotripsy and other methods were used to treat calculi at the ureterovesical junction of 36 cases.The results showed all 36 cases were successfully treated.The follow up time was 1～24 months with a mean time of 12 months.10 cases had temporary hematurine.1 case had uroinfection and vesicouretetal reflux was observed in one other case.No ureteral obstruction and stenosis happened.This suggests that transurethral endoscopic ureterlithotomy is safe and effective for calculi at the ureterovesical junction.
