摘要
用免疫组化的方法研究 2 5例良性前列腺增生症和 7例正常前列腺组织中内皮素 - 1及 bcl- 2增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)表达 ,结果内皮素 - 1在增生前列腺与正常前列腺之间的表达存在显著性的差异 ,内皮素 - 1的表达与 PCNA表达之间存在相关性 ,内皮素 - 1的表达与 bcl- 2的表达之间无相关性。认为内皮素 - 1通过其生物学特性参与了前列腺增生症的病理生理过程。
To determine the relationship between endothelin (EL 1) and benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH),25 cases of BPH and 7 cases of normal prostate were studied on the expression of DNA ploidy proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA),bcl 2 and ET 1 protein with immunohistochemistry.The results showed the ET 1 labeling index was significantly different between the tissue of BPH and that of normal prostate.The PCNA labeling index was negative correlation with ET 1 labeling index,the bcl 2 labeling index was no correlation with ET 1 labeling index.This suggests that endothelin 1 probably takes part in the pathophysiology of BPH.
