摘要
本文立足于中国证券市场 ,对于我国证券市场当前面临的艰巨而重要的任务—国有股上市流通问题进行了论述。分析了当前证券业界进行国有股减持的方案 ,并论述了这几种方案的可操作性 ,指出应分阶段、分批、多渠道地解决国有股上市流通问题 ,对国有股减持应采取多样化的减持方案。
This paper expounds how to solve the key problem that state-owned stocks can't be circulated and transferred in Chinese Security Market. We should try to circulate and transfer the state-owned stocks step by step in different ways with various measures. This paper discusses the measures of reducing the state-owned stocks and the possibility of these measures, which may be valuable and helpful for the relevant departments in CSM and the investors.
