摘要
素质教育强调学生个性的培养 ,是培养创新人才的基础和保障。新世纪对人才的素质特别是创新能力提出了更高的要求。因此 ,教育者应准确理解素质教育的内涵 ,树立全面素质教育观念 ,培养学生的创新意识和创新能力。
Quality education emphasizes training character of the students. It is a base and a guarantee of creative talent training. Talent′comprehensive character especially creative ability has being demanded increasingly in new century. Therefore, people who do the teaching work must accurately understand the connotations of quality education , have the ideas of all-inclusive quality education and develop students′creative mind and capability.
