嗜多染红细胞微核技术研究LDM对抗烟碱所致遗传物质损伤作用

摘要 本文采用骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核技术,研究一种植物提取物(LDM)对抗烟碱诱发细胞微核的致突变作用。实验结果显示,LDM抗烟碱组的细胞微核率明显低于烟碱组的细胞微核率,两者有显著差异。实验证明。 A substance named LDM that is con stracted from a plant has been studied to resist the mutation induced by nicotine,with the technigue of micronuclei of polychromaphilic erythrocytes in marrow.The results indicate that the freguencg of micronuclei in the group of LDM resisting nicotine is lower to that of the group of nicotine,and there are obvious differences between the groups. The study show the LDM has obvious effeetion of protecting cellular genetic substance from the harm induced by nicotine.
