蒙脱石对酸性抄纸体系的微粒助留作用 被引量:2

摘要 研究了改性蒙脱石在酸性抄纸体系中的微粒助留作用,及其微粒助留作用对松香-硫酸铝施胶和纸张强度性质的影响。结果表明,柠檬酸钠改性蒙脱石的微粒助留效果好于碳酸钠改性蒙脱石,但与改性蒙脱石的膨胀容没有直接关系。蒙脱石的微粒助留效果与蒙脱石和阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的加入量及两者的加入地点有关。蒙脱石的微粒助留有利于提高松香的施胶效率和改善纸页的撕裂度,但对裂断长影响不大。其中柠檬酸钠改性蒙脱石更有利于提高松香的施胶效率,而碳酸钠改性蒙脱石更有利于改善纸张的撕裂度。 Most of microparticle retention systems were applied in alkaline papermaking.The selected montmorillonite modified both by sodium citrate and sodium carbonate can induce good retention of white straw pulps containing rosin and alum in acidic papermaking,and the citrate modified one behaves better than the carbonate modified one.The retention behaviors of montmorillonite samples are not related to their swelling value.Both the dosages of montmorillonite and CPAM as well as the addition points of the cationic and anionic components affect the furnish retention.The studied retention systems also improve the sizing efficiency of rosin-alum as well as the tearing strength of the corresponding handsheets,yet the tensile strength is not lowered much.
