师范类大学生对应激源的感受频率与程度分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨社会转型期不同性别师范类大学生对应激源的感受频率和程度。方法:自己编制的应激源问卷对2001-09/2004-07河南师范大学来自大二和三两个年级大学进行抽样调查研究。结果:应激源可以归为九大类别:个人未来发展,外表及性问题,人际关系,社会关系,生活习惯,恋爱问题,荣誉竞争,健康,经济及社会支持。统计结果显示,影响最大的两个应激源是个人未来发展和人际关系;影响最小的两个应激源是荣誉竞争和健康,大学生总体感受压力属中等程度,且性别、城乡、是否独生、系别差异均无显著性意义。这和前人的研究结果存在较大差异。结论:师范类大学生应激源的总体感受较轻且存在性别差异。 AIM:To investigate the frequency and degree of perception to stressors in normal university students of different gender during the period of social transformation. METHODS:The freshmen and sophomores in Henan Normal University during September 2001 and July 2004 were investigated with the self-designed streesor questionnaire for sampling survey. RESULTS:The stressor of normal university students could be classified into nine factors: personal future development,appearance and sex,interpersonal relationship,social relationship,love problem,competition for honor,health,financial and social supports.The statistical results showed that the most influential two were personal future development and interpersonal relationship,and the least influential two were competition for honor and health.The degree of perception to pressure on the whole was middle level,and there were insignificant difference between different gender,students from cities or town,the only child or not,and those of different department,which were remarkably different from former studies. CONCLUSION:Students in normal universities feel relatively less pressurized on the whole,and there is difference between female students and male ones.
