摘要 目的:分析军事院校不同年级学员的心理健康状况,为学员有针对性进行心理健康教育提供依据。方法:2003-11分层整群抽样抽取军事院校本科一至四年级共8个学员队737人,以中队为单位集中发给症状自评量表(symptomcheck-list-90,SCL-90)独立填写完成。结果:三年级学员总分(119.02±32.30)及躯体化(1.32±0.39)、强迫症状(1.38±0.40)、人际关系(1.38±0.43)、抑郁(1.33±0.42)、敌对(1.34±0.40)、偏执(1.32±0.39)、精神病性(1.30±0.37)各因子分与其他各年级之间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。各因子评分比较排在前5位的是强迫症状、人际关系、偏执、敌对、躯体化。结论:军事院校大学生在刚入校由于对新环境适应不佳,二年级学习任务重,军事训练强度大,四年级面临毕业压力,可能出现较多的心理问题,随着年级升高,对环境适应能力增强,这几个年级学员心理健康状况也逐渐好转。 AIM:To study the mental health status of military college students in different grades,so as to provide evidence for the mental health education aiming at military college students. METHODS:Totally 737 students in 8 student brigades of 4 grades in military college were selected with the method of stratified cluster sampling in January 2003.All the subjects independently filled in the symptom checklist-90(SCL-90),which was given centralizedly,taking medium brigade as the unit. RESULTS:The total score(119.02±32.30) and the factor scores of somatization(1.32±0.39),compulsion(1.38±0.40),interpersonal relationship(1.38±0.43),depression(1.33±0.42),hostility(1.34±0.40),paranoia(1.32±0.39) and psychosis(1.30±0.37) of the junior students were significantly different from those of students in the other three grades(P< 0.05 or P< 0.01).The first 5 factors with higher scores were compulsion, interpersonal relationship,paranoia,hostility and somatization. CONCLUSION:In military college,freshmen are not quite adaptive to the new environment,sophomores have heavy learning task and intensive military training,and the seniors are facing the pressure brought by graduation,so they may have more psychological problems.The mental health status of the juniors becomes better gradually with increase of grade and improved adaptive ability to the environment.
