摘要
目的:从信息认知、人际关系、性心理、情绪宣泄等几个方面分析了当代青少年短信行为的心理原因,指出短信行为对青少年成长的负面影响,从学校、社会、家庭及学生自身诸方面提出了教育对策,引导青少年正确使用短信,克服短信心理问题。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline数据库1980-01/2003-12期间的相关文章,检索词“adolescendts,shortmessagebehaviorofmobilephone,psychology”,限定文章语言种类为“Englis。同时计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库1990-01/2003-12期间的相关文章,检索词“青少年、手机短信、心理“,限定文章语言种类为中文。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取相关资料,并查找全文,以是青少年短信心理研究作为纳入标准。排除标准:重复研究类文章。资料提炼:共收集到16篇关于手机短信的文章,8篇符合标准,排除8篇。资料综合:8篇文章中有3篇是实证调查研究,分别涉及高中生和大学生的各方面心理现象,另5篇是综述性文章,其中两篇专门研究手机短信与青少年个性发展及人际交往的关系,综合所有文章的理论观点提出自己的新看法。结论:手机短信能促进青少年的信息认知、人际交往等多方面身心健康成长,同时手机短信的不良使用也会导致青少年产生一些心理问题,学校、社会。
OBJECTIVE:To analyze the psychological reasons for contemporary adolescents' short message behavior from the viewpoints of information cognition,interpersonal relationships,sex psychology,emotion leading off,etc.and point out negative influence of the behavior on the development of adolescents so as to put forward some effective educational countermeasures from the standpoints of school,society,family and students themselves to lead adolescents to use short messages correctly and overcome the psychological problems caused by short messages.DATA SOURCES:The relevant articles between January 1980 and December 2003 were searched for in Medline database by using a computer,with the key words“adolescents,short message behavior of mobile phone,psychology' in English.Meanwhile,the relevant articles between January 1990 and December 2003 were searched for in China Journal Fulltext Database(CJFD) and Wangfang database also by using the computer,with the same key words as above in Chinese.STUDY SELECTION:The materials were initially examined to choose the relevant data.All the full texts were looked through according to the inclusion criteria for studies on psychology of adolescents' short message behavior.The articles about repetitive studies were excluded.DATA EXTRACTION:Totally 16 relevant articles were collected,out of which 8 were in accordance with the inclusion criteria and 8 were excluded.DATA SYNTHESIS:Of the 8 selected articles,3 were instance studies about the mental phenomena in senior high school students and college students,and the other 5 were review articles,2 of which focused on the relationship of short massages by using mobile phones with personality development and interpersonal relationships.New points of view were proposed by synthesizing the theories and thoughts in all the selected articles.CONCLUSION:Short messages by using mobile phone can promote the development of adolescents' body and mentality,such as cognition of information,interpersonal relationships,and also can lead to some psychological problems due to their misuse.School,society,family and students themselves must take effective measures to lead adolescents to use messages correctly in order to prevent bad phenomena from occurring and overcome the psychological problems attributing to short messages.
