摘要
给出行为矩阵模型及对应元素属性,结合公理化设计的功能独立性和信息量最小公理,对行为矩阵模型进行公理化验证;根据键合图理论研究矩阵属性变换特性及矩阵模型的求解过程,通过矩阵属性变换可以方便、快捷地生成机械系统多个原理方案;结合体重秤的公理化设计说明行为矩阵模型在概念设计中的应用。
The paper first gave a matrix model as well as attributes of the matrix elements, realized an axiomatic verification of behavior matrix model according to the independence and information axioms of axiomatic design. Then, the paper studied transforming properties of matrix attributes and resolving process of the matrix model based on bond graph theory, and quickly produced multi-solutions by behavior matrix attribute transformation. At last, a simple design verification case of weighting mechanism was presented to show an application.
