摘要
在手动液控多路阀的基础上,对装载机工作装置的电液比例控制系统的总体方案、电液比例先导控制模块、比例控制操纵手柄的结构和控制逻辑进行了研究。在不对装载机工作装置的主油路系统做任何改动的情况下,构成完整的电液比例先导控制系统,而且操纵控制逻辑可以根据需要改变。该电液比例先导控制系统可以在采用液控多路阀的装载机上直接安装使用。根据控制系统原理,设计了系统的测试试验台,并且在装载机上进行了安装和工作测试。测试结果表明,该系统性能可靠、操作轻便。因操作手柄与车辆底盘之间没有油管连接,故安装灵活,很容易实现装载机工作装置的线控或遥控。
Based on the manually operated hydraulic actuated directional control valves, the general solutions to the electro-hydraulic proportional control systems for loader operating devices, the electro-hydraulic proportional pilot control units, the structures and control logic of the programmable controllers were developed in details. Without any modification to the main hydraulic system circuits of the original loader operating devices, a complete electrohydraulic proportional pilot control systems, whose control logic were programmable, can be constructed. The systems can be installed directly on loaders that were originally equipped with manually operated hydraulic actuated directional control valves. Trials on specially designed test bench as well as on actual loaders showed that the performances of the system were reliable and the operations were easy. The absence of hydraulic piping between controllers and chassis was a benefit that facilitated installations, which enables further advances in terms of wire or remote controls.
