摘要
卫生法是一门新兴的法律科学,它运用法学的原理研究国家现行的医药卫生法律、法规,以及有关医药卫生实践和医学科学发展中的法律现象。文章简述了卫生法的概念和调整对象;概述了中外卫生法的发展历史;阐述了卫生法在当今社会中的重要作用。
Health Law is a new brance of the scien ce of law ,which applies the principl es of law to researching the state' s existing medical and health rules and regulations as well as the legal phenomena re garding the practice of medical and h ealth work and the de-velopment of the medical sciences.T his paper sketches the concept and ob ject of action of the health law,outl ining the development of health law both at home and abroad,an d expanding the function of the health law in the society of today.
