摘要
文章阐明了市场经济与政府行为的相关性 ,并通过对西方三种政府行为模式的比较分析 ,根据中国的具体国情 ,论述了社会主义市场经济条件下中国政府应采用的行为模式及职能转变。指明全能政府和弱政府模式对中国都是不可取的 ,为建立适应社会主义市场经济要求的宏观调控 。
The article expounds the relativity between market economy and government behaviors and elaborates the behavior model of China government should adopt and its function transformation by analyzing comparably three kinds of behavior model in the west as well as according to Chinese concrete situation.
