摘要
本文应用门冬氨酸钾镁口服液治疗100例低钾血症患者(男性54例,女性46例,平均年龄54±16a)。用法:口服每次10mL, tid,以7-14d为一个疗程。个别患者服1mo。治疗后血清钾(P<0.01)及血清镁(P<0.01)均有改善。该药对低钾引起的洋地黄中毒及心律失常有较好效果。
One hundred patients(M 54, F 46, age 54 ± 16 a)with hypokalemia were treated with oral potassium magnesium aspartate. Patients took the drug 10 mL, tid, 7-14d as a course. Several patients took the drug for 1 mo. Serum potassium(P<0. 01) and serum magnesium(P<0. 01) were improved after treatment. Digitalis toxicosis and arrhythmia caused by hypokalemia were improved.
