摘要
对346例住院患者在用精神药物治疗中ECG变化作动态观察。发现ECG异常率65.0％,20a以下及60a以上年龄组ECG异常率高于其他年龄组,氯氮平及三环类药物对ECG影响明显,单用药ECG异常率显著低于合并用药。药物所致ECG改变以ST-T变化居首位。指出合理用药及定期随访的重要性。
ECG changes in 346 in-patients treated with psychotropics were transversely studied. The rate of ECG abnormalities was 65.0%. The ECG changes under the age 20 and over the age 60 were frequently encountered than those of other ages. Clozapine and tricyclic antidepressants affected ECG significantly. The rate of ECG abnormalities caused by a single drug was significantly lower than that caused by a combination of two or more drugs. The changes of ST-T waves were predominant. There were no significant relations between the dosages or durations of psychotropics treatment and the ECG abnormalities. The rational use of psychotropics and the detection of ECG periodically are very important.
