摘要
调查了国内从1960-1987年间发表的198种医学、药学期刊中有关精神药物不良反应的报道。可见临床医生关心的精神药物不良反应主要是神经精神方面,其中抗精神病药以锥体外系为主,而三环类抗抑郁剂以行为改变为主。剥脱性皮炎、粒细胞缺乏症和严重的心律紊乱也可见到。
Adverse drug reactions (ADR) of psychotropic drugs are reviewed from 193 kinds of Chinese periodicals including medical and pharmaceutical journals from 1960 to 1987. Results show that ADR of psychotropic drugs were mainly neuropsychiatric symptoms; among which the extrapyramidal reactions occuired predominantly in antipsychotics while the behavioral changes predominantly in tricyclic antidepressives. Exfoliative dermatitis, agranulocytosis and severe arrhythmia were aho seen.
