摘要
本文通过对国内外科技型中小企业发展政策的分析与比较 ,对我国科技型中小企业发展中存在的问题进行了分析 。
This paper analyzed the development policy of small and medium sized scientific and technological enterprises in China and abroad and the problem existing in Chinese enterprises, and put forward some proposals of developing such enterprises.
