氯离子通道与癫痫 被引量:1

摘要 氯离子通道不同类型的基因突变可以出现多种临床表型,失神发作、肌阵挛发作、全身强直阵挛发作,家系存在氯通道 CLCN2基因597insG 单核苷酸插入突变、ⅣS2-14delll 基因片段缺失突变和 G2144A 点突变,上述突变引起的膜氯通道功能改变能够解释癫痫个体的临床表现。青少年肌阵挛癫痫、全面癫痫伴热性惊厥附加症、儿童失神发作存在编码γ氨基丁酸-A 受体α_1、γ_2或δ等亚单位的基因突变,这些基因突变可以改变配体门控氯通道功能,与癫痫发作密切相关。
