摘要
研究目的观察狗肾的淋巴流向。研究背景狗是最常用的实验动物之一,但有关狗肾淋巴流向的资料甚为贫乏,且淋巴管和淋巴结的命名较为混乱,因此我们进行了本研究。处理方法 33只狗击头致死,用30％普鲁士兰氯仿溶液在肾被膜下和实质内进行间接注射,显示淋巴管与淋巴结,10％福尔马林固定后进行解剖和观测。结果肾外淋巴管分三组;一、二组始于肾的头端和尾端,分别注入腹主动脉侧头淋巴结、后腔静脉背头淋巴结、腹主动脉侧尾淋巴结和后腔静脉腹结。起于肾门行于蒂内的为第三组,注入腹主动脉侧中淋巴结与后腔静脉背淋巴结。结论本研究阐明了狗肾的淋巴回流,为肾移植时淋巴回路的重建等实验研究提供了形态学资料。
Study Objective To explore lymph drainage of dog's kidneys
Study background A dog is the animal used extensively in medicine. The data of lymph drainage of dog kidney is very scarce, nomenclature of lymph vessels and nodes is in confusion. Because of these We made this experiment. Treatment method 33 dogs were killed with hitting their heads, 30 percent Prussian blue and chloroform solution was injected into renal subfibrous capsule and parenchyma intervalicly. Lymph vessels and nodes were shown. Fixation in 10 percent formaline for three weeks, the samples were anatomised, observed and measured.
Results The lymph vessels outside the kidneys were devided into three groups.The first and second groups originated from anteror and posterior end of kidneys, drained separately to left cranial lymph nodes of abdominal aorta, dorsal cranial lymph nodes of posterior vena cava, left caudal lymph nodes of abdominal aorta and ventral lymph nodes of posterior vena cava. The third group was in the renal pedicle, originated from renal hilus and drained separately to left middle lymph nodes of abdominal aorta and dorsal left nodes of posterior vena cava. The study provided basic data for medical experimental study .
