摘要
目的 优化中药组分制备HPLC分离的操作条件。方法 在线性放大模式下,使用重叠分辨图法对流动相组成进行优化调节。结果 对藏茵陈中的两个未知成分进行了制备HPLC分离优化效果良好。结论在线性放大模式下,重叠分辨图法是一种有效的优化流动相比例的方法。
Objective To optimize HPLC parameters for preparation of herb components. Methods Under linear scale up mode, overlapping separation range map was used to optimize the composition of mobile phase. Results The method was successfully applied in preparation of unknown components of Swertia extract. Conclusion The results show that this method is simple and effective to improve the efficiency of preparative HPLC under linear scale up mode.
