摘要
介绍了高效斜板沉淀器在涟钢高炉煤气洗涤水系统的应用,高炉煤气洗涤水的水质稳定及污泥的综合利用,对高炉煤气洗涤水处理工艺进行了改进,并对由此产生的效益及运行经验进行了分析与总结。
The application of high-efficiency precipitation tank with the inclined plate in gas scrubbing water system for blast furnace of Lianyuan Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. is presented. Stability of water quality of the gas scrubbing water for blast furnace and comprehensive utilization of sludge are introduced. The treatment process for the gas scrubbing water is improved. The benefits produced and operation experience are analyzed and summarized.
