摘要
面对信息化时代的挑战及图书馆人力资源匮乏的局面,应加强图书馆对人力资源的科学管理,合理配 置,全面提高馆员的整体素质。
Facing the challenge of information and the lack of human resources in the library,we should strengthen the scientific management and the rational distribution of human resources in the library to improve the overall quality of the staff in the library in all-round way.
