摘要
由于全球化的来临,企业必须与供应链体系密切合作,以便快速适应市场变化、降低库存风险及成本压力,快速响应已是企业生存 的必要条件。为减少供应链的不确定因素。改善供应链长鞭效应,供应商管理库存(VMI)是一种最好的方法,对其的体系结构、模型和技术 实现的研究相对来说比较薄弱,该文分析了VMI库存管理,电子协作平台的工作原理,并结合实际情况介绍了电子协作平台的实现。
Because of the market globalized, enterprises must cooperate with SCM system closely for the requirement of the turn of the market, reduce the stock risk and cost pressure, have responded the essential condition that enterprises have survived already fast. In order to reduce the uncertain factor and improve the long whip effect of the chain, it is a kind of best method that the vendor managed inventory (VMI), the study on its' system structure, model and technology is comparatively more weak. In this paper, VMI is analyzed. According the real case, operation principle and implementation of the e-collaboration platform are introduced.
