摘要
目的 研究人参川芎嗪注射液对局灶性大鼠脑梗死ET 1、TNF α、IL 1β含量的影响。 方法 取Wistar大鼠随机分为假手术组 ,模型组 ,川芎嗪注射液组和人参川芎嗪注射液组。模型组阻断大鼠一侧大脑中动脉 ,造成大鼠脑梗死模型。观察假手术组、模型组、川芎嗪组、参芎组大鼠血浆ET 1、脑组织TNF α、IL 1β含量。结果 人参川芎嗪注射液能明显降低大鼠血浆ET 1含量(P <0 0 1) ,降低脑组织TNF α、IL 1β含量 (P <0 0 1)。 结论 人参川芎嗪注射液通过降低ET 1含量 ,缓解血管痉挛 ,增加脑局部血流量和降低缺血梗死后炎性细胞因子TNF α、IL 1β含量 ,减轻炎性细胞损伤而达到对局灶脑梗死的保护作用 ,且其作用强于川芎嗪注射液。
Aim To observe the effect of Shen Xiongqin injection in reducing the content of ET-1,IL-1β、TNF-α of focal cerebral ischemia infarction in rats.Methods The model rats of cereral infarction were made by electionic solidified the middle cerebral artery. The content of ET-1,IL-1β,TNF-α of infarct area were noted down.Result Shenxingqin injection may reduce the content of ET-1,IL-1β、TNF-α rats after focal brain ischemia infarction .Conclusion Shenxingqing Injection attain the effcect of protecting focal cerebral ischemia infarction by reducing content of ET-1,IL-1β,TNF-α.
