摘要
目的探讨低分子肝素联合应用阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法76例急性脑梗死病人随机分为治疗组(38例)和对照组(38例),对照组常规应用脱水剂,低分子右旋糖酐加复方丹参;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上另给低分子肝素钙0.5ml皮下注射,1次/12h,阿司匹林50mg2次/d口服。治疗10d为1疗程,比较治疗前后神经功能缺损评分结果及血液流变学指标。结果治疗组总有效率94.7%,对照组总有效率81.7%,两组相比差异非常显著(P<0.01),血液流变学指标治疗组治疗后与治疗前,与对照组治疗后相比,均显著改善(P<0.05)。神经功能缺损程度评分,两组治疗后均较治疗前减少(P<0.05),而治疗组较对照组减少更多(P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素联合小剂量阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗死疗效确切,使用安全。
Objective To discuss the the therapeutic effect of small molecular heparin plus aspirin on acute cerebral infarction. Methods The patients (76) were divided into treatment group and control group (38 per group) at random. The control group was administered with dehydrating agents, dextran and compound root of red-rooted salvia. Additionally, the treatment group was given subcutaneous calcium heparinate (0.5 ml, once per 12 hours) plus oral aspirin (50 mg, twice per day). One treatment course contained 10 days. Results The effective rates of treatment and control group were respectively 94.7% and 81.7%, between which there was a significant difference (P<0.01). The hemorheological indexes of the treatment group were improved obviously when compared with those before treatment, or with those of the control group after treatment (P<0.05). Both of the groups improved in neural functional scores after treatment (P<0.05), but the treatment group decreased more clearly than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion It is suggested that heparin plus low dosage of aspirin is safe and surely effective on acute cerebral infarction.
