摘要
对 2 19家胶粘剂使用企业的职业卫生状况 ,特别是企业对《职业病防治法》执行情况进行调查。分析影响此类企业中苯职业病危害防治效果的因素 ,研究落实《职业病防治法》对防治职业病危害的作用。结果表明 ,影响苯职业病危害控制效果的因素有企业特征、企业自身卫生管理等多个方面。《职业病防治法》中规定企业应当采取的各项职业卫生措施 ,对控制作业场所环境中职业危害的浓度和保护作业工人的身体健康是有效的 ;防护设施效果相近的条件下 ,对《职业病防治法》规定的措施落实程度越高 ,对危害的控制效果越好。提示对于职业病危害的控制应当采取综合措施 ,企业在提高防护设施效果的同时 ,也要注重职业卫生管理制度的建设。
To comprehend the real situation of executing“The Law of the Peoples Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases”in industrial enterprises and its impact factors,thereby provide a scientific foundation for further publicizing the law,219 adhesive-consuming enterprises were surveyed in this investigation.The results showed that the main factors influenced the control effect on benzene,the main occupational hazard of these enterprises,are the ownership of the enterprises,self-administration of the enterprises etc.,the latter is the most important;and the prevention and control measures stipulated in the law are effective in lowering the concentration of occupational hazards in working places and protecting workers health of these enterprises.The investigation also showed that the comprehensive measure is quite important in the prevention and control of occupational hazards,meanwhile,enhancing the establishment on administrative system on occupational hygeine is necessary,too.
