摘要
21世纪人力资源已成长为决定企业兴衰成败的关键资源,其价值成为衡量企业整体竞争力的标志,它对民营企业 发展的战略性作用也将愈加突出。从企业人力资源管理中的伦理应然状态出发,分析我国民营企业在人才招聘与使用、培养、考评 和激励中的伦理实然状态,可以得出:伦理型管理是民营企业成功的人力资源管理模式;应树立互惠互利、公平公正、以人为本和 诚信的伦理观念。
In the 21 century, human resource has become a crucial resource deciding the enterprise's success or failure. Its value beeomes the sign of measuring the enterprise' s overall competition ability. The strategical role that it plays in the private enterprise will stick out more. To begin with the ideal condition of ethics in the human resources management, the paper analyses the real condition of ethics in talent recruit and use, training, evaluation, motivation of the private enterprise. The paper concludes that ethical management is the pattern of human resource management leading to the success of private enterprise. The enterprise should establish the principle of benefit-to-all, impartiality, honesty and human-core.
