摘要
ISO90 0 0族标准 ,是企业进行质量管理的宝贵财富 ,本文强调了在新形式下正确认识质量管理标准的现实意义和作用 ,实施全面质量管理 ,严格控制各个环节 ,不断持续改进 ,是企业兴旺发达的关键。阐述了什么是 6σ管理 ,为什么要学习推广 6σ管理方法 ,并提出了实施中应注意的几个问题。突出强调了观念转变的必要性及实施 6σ管理的核心内容。
The ISO-9000 standards are rare wealth of enterprise quality management .This paper emphasizes that there will be great meanings and effects to execute standard system in new situation ,and it is the key of enterprise to be prosperous,by applying quality management comprehensively ,controlling the links strictly ,improving continuously. It presented also what is 6σ management system,why we should extend the method of 6σ management .Put forword some problems which we ought pay attention to in implementing, point out the importance of concept change.The core of implementing 6σ management is to execute according to 6σ items.
