摘要
本文从通过对公司核心竞争力与工序能力以及提高产品性价比的关系,分析认为作为生产技术型的企业其关键核心竞争力在于生产出高性价比的产品。同时笔者结合所在公司的生产实践介绍了降低生产成本提高产品竞争力的方法。
Based on the relationship between company＇s core competitiveness and process capability and improving product performance, this article holds that the key core competitiveness of production technology-oriented enterprises is to improve the product performance. Combined with the production practice, the author introduced the methods to reduce cost and improve the product competitiveness.
