摘要
科技型中小企业目前已经成为推进各国科技进步与创新的重要力量。我国要在本世纪头20年实现小康社会的目标,未来15年是极为重要的经济和社会发展期,因此我国科技型中小企业创新能力的高低直接关系到我国战略目标的实现与否。本文从当前我国科技型中小企业科技创新能力不足的原因分析入手,提出通过改善其内部环境机制,加强外部配套政策扶植来促进其创新能力提高,以期在我国经济发展的重要时期能更好地发挥科技型中小企业在创新中的重要作用。
Small and medium-sized sci-tech enterprises are playing an important role for promoting China's scientific and technological progress and innovation. In order to realize the aim of building a well-off society in China, the coming 15 years is an important period for economic and social development and China's innovation capability of small and medium-sized sci-tech enterprises is directly related with the aim. This paper analyzes innovation capability of small and medium-sized sci-tech enterprises in China and points out the ways to improve it.
