摘要
在高校教学管理中,学校管理者与教师、教师与学生、学校与用人单位间存在的信息不对称将对教学管理产生重大的负面影响。通过分析高校教学管理中信息不对称的成因,探讨了其影响的各个因素,提出了解决的措施与对策。
Information asymmetry refers to the great influence of one part with information advantage on the other.In this paper ,the cause of information asymmetry in teaching management in colleges and universities is analysed,the influence of information asymmetry on teaching management is discussed ,and measures and countermeasures are also put forward.
