摘要
本文在传统的防灾救灾研究方法基础上,从系统科学角度,利用计算机技术,研究分析了区域防灾救灾数据库管理系统的目标,并完成了系统设计和软件实现工作,最后还提出了系统的扩充设想。
From the viewpoint of system science and utiliting the computer technology, this paper researches the objects of database management system in taking precautions against and helping the people tide over natural disasters, completes system design and software design, and puts forward an extensive plan of the system.
