摘要
以氯化镁、氯化钙、硝酸锶以及氯化钡水溶液浸渍交换Y分子筛制备碱土金属交换Y分子筛AEY ,研究了分子筛AEY对环己烷氧化的催化活性 ,探讨了不同碱土金属离子、浸渍方法、焙烧活化温度以及反应条件对环己烷氧化收率的影响 .试验表明 ,BaY催化剂对环己烷氧化有很好的催化活性 ,优化条件下环己基过氧化氢、环己醇和环己酮的总收率达 1 1 .6 % .
Alkali earth exchanged zeolites Y(AEY) were prepared by dipping zeolite Y with impregnation of MgCl_(2), CaCl_(2), Sr(NO_(3))_(2) and BaCl_(2). The resulting AEY were used as catalysts for the liquid oxidation of cyclohexane with hydroperoxides. The effects of different alkali earth metals, dipping methods, roasting temperatures and reaction condition on the oxidation of cyclohexane were studied. The results show that BaY has the best catalytic activity, the total yield of cyclohexyl hydroperoxide, cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone under the optimum condition can reach 11.63%.
