摘要
文章提出一种以过渡金属Mo Cr Y型沸石催化环己醇制备环己酮的工艺。通过正交实验考察了反应温度、反应时间、双氧水量、催化剂量等对环己酮收率的影响;确定最优工艺条件为:反应温度70℃,反应时间10 h,双氧水量为理论量的1.5倍,催化剂量占环己醇重量的6%,环己酮收率大于90%。
In the paper, the synthesis of cyclohexanone reacting from cyclohexanol was presented with Mo Cr Y zeolite as catalyst. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, hydrogen peroxide dosage for theory and catalyst dosage on the yield of cyclohexanone were investigated by orthogonal experiment. Finally, the optimal preparation process was found as follows: the reaction temperature 70 ℃, the reaction time 10 h, 1.5 times the hydrogen peroxide dosage for theory, and the catalyst dosage 6 % of weight of cyclohexanol. In this case, the yield of cyclohexanone was more than 90 %.
