摘要
报道了以糖厂造纸蔗渣为原料提取木糖的方法,对蔗渣的水解条件进行了研究,找出了最佳反应条件,提出了半中和法生产木糖的新工艺.用该法生产木糖,具有降低用料消耗,简化操作程序,缩短生产周期,提高产品质量等优点.
A new technique, the extraction of xylose from the paper- making bagasse by the half-neutralization method was reported. The hydrolyzing condition of the bagasse is discussed and the best reactions are found. Adopting the half-neutralization method in the extraction of xylose, the materials consumption decreases, the operation procedure can be simplified and the producing period is shortened with the improvement of the product quality as well as no more equipments.
