摘要
利用morse相互作用势,计算了原子作非简谐振动情况下晶体铜的热力学函数和表面能、表面张力;讨论了它的表面能、表面张力随温度变化的规律和非简谐振动对它们的影响.理论计算与经验公式的形式一致,与实验数值相近.
With the use of Morse potential, the thermodynamical function, surface energy and surface tension of crystal Cu in the unharmonic vibration are caculated. The temperature dependence of the surface energy and surface tension of crystal Cu and the effect of the unharrnonic vibration on them are also discussed. The caculations are identical to the results from the empirical equation and similar to the experimental values.
