Progress in Researches of Non-harmonic Effect of Crystal Structure Phase Transition

摘要 在介绍晶体材料结构相变非简谐效应的物理模型的基础上,论述了一维绝缘材料不可通约结构相变、二维二元合金结构相变和石墨烯材料半金属-反铁磁-顺磁态相变、三维拓扑材料结构相变和热电材料结构相变等晶体结构相变非简谐效应的研究情况,以及该课题组近20年来所采用的研究方法和所得的重要结论.阐述非简谐效应在晶体材料结构相变中的作用,最后展望了晶体结构相变中非简谐效应的研究前景,为新材料结构的预测设计和材料界面调控提供理论参考. Based on an introduction of the physical models of the non-harmonic effect of the phase transition of the solid material structure,this paper reviews the progress in the researches of the non-harmonic effect of crystal structure phase transition,such as the incommensurability of one-dimensional insulating materials with structural phase changes,two-dimensional binary alloy structural phase transition and graphene material semi-metal-antiferromagnetic-paramagnetic phase transition,and three-dimensional topological material structure phase transitions and thermoelectric material structure phase transitions,and describes the research methods we use and the important conclusions we draw.It systematically explains the role of non-harmonic effects in the phase transition of crystal materials.Finally,a prospect to the future study of non-harmonic effects in crystal structure phase transitions is given so as to provide theoretical references for the predictive design of new material structures and the regulation of material interfaces.
