摘要
目的 为临床合理使用青霉素提供参考。方法 根据有关文献资料 ,结合我院在青霉素使用上遇到的情况进行分析。结果 不合理用药是产生不良反应的主要原因。结论 使用青霉素时 ,应对其结构性质有充分的认识 ,对可能产生不良反应的因素保持高度警惕 ,避免或减少不良反应的产生。
Objective To offer reference for the rational drug use of Benzylpenicillin.Methods Analyze the clinical use of Benzylpenicillin combining with the reference materials.Results The reasonless drug use is the main cause of Benzylpenicillin's side effects.Conclusion To avoid or reduce the side effects of Benzylpenicillin,we should learn the knowledge about the drug's chemical structure properties and pay great attention to the correlation factor of its side effects.
