摘要
利用肾细胞体外短期培养法和快速银染法制备染色体标本,比较分析了鲤和鲫的银染核型,结果表明鲫具有4个Ag-NORs,分别位于sm5和sm8染色体的短臂末端,鲤具有2个Ag-NORs,位于st/t3染色体上,鲤的银染点明显比鲫中的大,具有很显著的活性异型,比较AS-NORs的位置和数目,可以看出鲤具有比鲫更为特化的银染核型。此外,通过对鲫鱼中Ag-NORs联合现象的仔细观察,我们认为Ag-NORs的联合是间期核中核仁的残余物,随着有丝分裂的进行而逐步分开。
In this paper, we studied the karyotypes of Cyprins carpio carpio and Carassius auratus auratus with the quick method of Ag-NOR. The chromosome specimens were prepared from kindey cell cultured in vitro. The results showed that there be 4 Ag-NORs located on the short arm end of sm5 and sm8 in Carassius auratus auratus and 2Ag-NORs in C. carpio carpio located on st/t3. The Ag-stained spot in C. carpio carpiio was larger than that in C. auratus auratue. The NORs activity heteromorphism was very obvious in C. carpio carpio. Comparing the number and sites of Ag-stained spots we considered that the Ag-stained karyotype of C. carpio carpio be more specilized than that of C. aurutus auratus. Moreover,the Ag-NORs association was discussed. We regarded it as the remain of interphase nueleolus. Ag-NORs parted from each other with the advance of the mitosis.
