特发性震颤的外科治疗 被引量：2

摘要 特发性震颤 (essentialtremor,ET)是最常见的运动障碍 ,主要表现为手、头及身体其他部位的姿势性和运动性震颤。药物对et有一定的疗效 ,但难治性et对药物不敏感。随着丘脑毁损术、丘脑深部电刺激术等立体定向技术在et治疗中的应用 ,et的治疗取得了很大的进展 ,显著提高了et患者的生活质量。
