摘要
目的 :运用琼脂糖凝胶区带电泳进行蛋白尿的分析。方法 :采用血清琼脂糖凝胶区带电泳技术分析未经处理和处理后的蛋白尿样本。结果 :通过对 95例临床尿蛋白阳性标本进行琼脂糖凝胶区带电泳 ,可粗略区分出溢出性蛋白尿 2例、选择性蛋白尿 30例、非选择性蛋白尿 6 3例 ,5例健康组未检出蛋白峰。结论 :该法简便快速 ,在蛋白浓度较高时有很好的重复性 ,可用于尿蛋白的分析 。
Objective:To study proteinuria with agarose gel zone electrophoresis.Methods:The serum agarose gel zone electrophoresis technique was adopted to analyze the non-treated and treated samples of proteinuria.Results:Ninety-five proteinuria samples were detected and classified with agarose gel zone electrophoresis.Among them 2 were overflow proteinuria,30 were selective proteinuria and 63 were nonselective proteinuria.No protein was found in 5 urine samples of healthy control.Conclusions:The method is timesaving and convenient in determining the proteinuria.It can be reproduced fairly well when the protein is in high concentration.The dialysed and concentrated sample is better than the other treated ones in electrophoretic result.
