摘要
文章通过对比1983,1993,2002年大连城市居住空间的分布,分析了城市居住空间扩散的演化;从定量和定性2个方面探讨了城市居住郊区化的基本特点和规律;揭示了大连居住郊区化对城市建设的效应及居住郊区化的动力机制。
This paper analyzes the evolution of expansion of spatial distribution of residence according to the comparisons of the spatial distribution of residence in 1983, 1993 and 2002 and discovered the basic characteristics and regulars of residence suburbanization from quantity and quality in Dalian. The paper discusses the effect that residence suburbanization produces towards Dalian city.Finally,the thesis studies the mechanisms of suburbanization of residence in Dalian city.
