摘要
报告流行性出血热发热期、低血压休克期用低分子右旋糖酐心得安治疗56例,并与61例对照观察血液流变学的改变,结果表明治疗组56例全血粘度、血浆粘度,红细胞聚积指数较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗组越期率为94％;对照组越期率为56％。(P≤0.01)提示低分子右旋糖酐和心得安治疗EHF是有效的。
In this paper agroup 56 cases of EHF in fever stage and low blood pressur stage freated with the dextran 10 and propranolol, another a group 61 cases compared with to observe the blood rhedogic parameter. The result showed that the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and RBC aggregafion index of the dexxran 40 and propranolol group was lower than in confrast group (P<0. 05). The passed over stage rate in the dexxran 40 and propranolol goup was 94%. The passed over stage rate in contrast gro(?)p was 56% (p<0. 01). It suggested that the dextran 40 and propranolol be effective in EHF patients.
