摘要
目的 研究血浆纤维蛋白原 (FIB)水平与恶性肿瘤的关系 ,为临床诊断、治疗提供参考指标。方法 应用ACL— 70 0 0血凝分析仪检测其健康人组、良性肿瘤组、恶性肿瘤未转移组、恶性肿瘤转移组血浆中FIB的含量 ,并对部分患者进行手术前后的跟踪监测 ,进行FIB变化与疾病的相关性分析。结果 血浆FIB水平健康人组和良性肿瘤组差异无统计学意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ,恶性肿瘤组较前两组差异有统计学意义 (P <0 0 1) ,转移组较未转移组差异有统计学意义 (P <0 0 1)。各癌种间则无特异性改变。复发的病人FIB升值更高。结论 血浆FIB水平升高与恶性肿瘤的发生及转移呈正相关 ,与预后呈负相关。监测FIB有助于良、恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断和疗效观察。
Objective To study the relationship between fibrinogen (FIB) levels and different malignant tumors so as to provide reference indices for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods Patients were put in the following groups as healthy control group,benign tumor group,malignant tumor without metastasis group,and malignant tumor with metastasis group.Plasma FIB was detected with ACL-7000 Blood Coagulating Analyser,and ante-and post-operative follow-up detections were done to some patients.A correlation analysis on the FIB changes and different diseases was also made.Results No significant differences of plasma FIB levels existed between healthy control and benign tumor group (P>0.05),but the FIB level increased significantly in the malignant groups compared with the former two groups (P<0.01),and even more increase was in the metastatic group than that in the non-metastatic group (P<0.01).No specific changes occurred among the above-mentioned carcinomas;the FIB level increased more markedly in recurrent cases.Conclusion A positive relativity existed between the increase of plasma FIB and the development and metastasis of malignant tumor,but a negative relativity was between the plasma FIB level and prognosis.Detection of FIB is helpful in differential diagnosis and curative effect observation between benign and malignant tumors.
