摘要
目的分析针刺活检在颈部实质性肿块诊断中的作用。方法选取60例颈部实质性肿块,采用“COOK”针刺活检针穿刺肿块,夹取活体组织,送病理检查。结果确诊57例,占95%。结论细针穿刺活检损伤小,操作简单、快捷。可作为颈部实质性肿块诊断首选方法。
Objective Analyzing the effectiveness of puncturing biopsy for neck tumor diagnosis. Methods Select 60 cases of neck tumor and take out living tissue by means of 'COOK' needle for puncturing biopsy to perform the pathological diagnosis. Results The number of confirmed cases is 57, which is 95% of the total. Conclusions Using thin needle for puncturing biopsy causes minor damage and it is simple, convenient and quick to operate. This approach can be the best choice for neck tumor diagnosis.
