摘要
目的 检测腹腔冲洗液中游离癌细胞CEA(癌胚抗原 )mRNA表达 ,预测胃癌腹膜微转移。方法 应用RT -PCR方法检测 35例腹腔冲洗液CEAmRNA基因表达阳性率并同时做脱落细胞形态学 (PLC)方法检查。结果 术中收集的 35例胃癌和 10例胃良性病变的腹腔冲洗液 ,分别同时做CEAmRNA表达和细胞形态学测定 ,胃癌患者CEAmRNA表达阳性率 5 7.1% (2 0 / 35 ) ,PLC阳性率 31.4 % (11/ 35 ) ,两组之间差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且CEAmRNA表达阳性率随病期进展、浸润深度的加深而逐渐升高 ,而胃良性病变的腹腔冲洗液均为阴性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 CEAmRNA是预测胃癌腹膜微转移的有效指标。
Objective To examine cancerous cell the CEA( cancerous antigen) mRNA expression in Irrigative fluid of abdominal cavity,To predict the tiny to transfer of gastric cancer peritoneum.Mothods Using RT-PCR to recognizes positive rate of CEAmRNA expression and checting the cell appearance learns at the saime.Results Collecting 35 cases surfer from gastric cancer and 8 cases of positive pathological changes in fluid of abdominal cavity during operation,checking CEAmRNA expression and the cell appearance learns,CEAmRNA express positive rate 57.1%(20/35), The rate of PLC positive is 31.4%(11/35),The difference between two groups are significant (P<0.05),The CEAmRNA expresses the positive rate gradually growing up with the disease period and deepenning of depth (P<0.01).Conclusion CEAmRNA is the valid index or predict tiny transfer of gastric cancer peritoneum.
